Sound advice from the packaging of the Safeway brand in-tank automatic toilet bowl cleaner:

“Safe to use around pets and children, although it is not recommended that either be permitted to drink from the toilet.”

I really hope they put that on there for people like me, not for people who might be surprised to hear that their children shouldn’t be drinking from the toilet.

Our new automatic sprinklers are currently being installed.

They have detectors in them. They read the amount of moisture in the ground and only go off each day if the moisture content is below a certain amount (i.e., not if it is raining or has been raining).

How freaking cool is that?
